Four Wonderful Years

This year russell and i celebrated four wonderful years of marriage :) . time has gone by so quick. seems like every year that goes by just goes so much faster than the previous one. i wondered how this year would work out since we had already moved out here to BC, and well dont really know alot of ppl, and enough to ask to watch landon so we weren't really sure of what we were going to do. but we ended up being in london for our anniversary so thanks to auntie sasha who voluntarily said i can stay with landon :) russ and i were able to go out and celebrate. this yr though i made sure not to go to the movies the thing with living here and celebrating birthdays anniversary's etc during the winter is that you cant really do much but go to dinner movie something indoor and warm so i told russ just please not movies this year hahah.I really dont want that to be habit lol. so my poor hubby had to think and plan a little bit harder. and so we went off to dinner downtown for a lovely meal. Dinner was great i had a wonderful salad with a girlie drink and bourbon chicken and dessert it was yummy :) then we headed off to the theater to watch the play Joseph and his coat of many colors. it was so much fun and the acting was amazing:) i truly enjoyed it. thanks baby for a wonderful evening. its litle things like this that remind me why i married you.. happy anniversary :)

christmas in London

With all this moving and getting things for our new place we though this year we would stay here in our new home and celebrate christmas and new years, landon is now two so he now pays for an airplane ticket, well we pay for his lol anyhow, we though with all the money spent we would just stay here and have a christmas the three of us with roxy. i already had that in my mind and was looking forward to it. to cooking a turkey because russell says its what he looks forward on such special occasions the turkey ahaha.. But we have extremely amazing friends in our lives so thanks to ann and irwin we were able to fly to london for christmas, not only that jen who is russell's sister was coming home from almost a year long in australia doing teachers college.. when dad called us to let us know what we tough of coming home for christmas i was over exited. we flew in christmas day which by the way our flight got delayed. we were supposed to depart at nine something and our flight was delayed four hours.. i was like WHAT? of course it had to be us.. so we tried to switch to a diff plane but they were all booked i though no one flies out xmas day? so we spent four hours or more in the airport waiting for our plane to be ready to take off. Finally we board the plane, landon did so well on the way there i was amazed and happy with him being so calmed and relax. nothing better than your baby being good especially when traveling for quit a while. we arrived in toronto at almost nine if not nine already :( dad and nicole came to pick us up by the time we got to the house it was eleven already way to spend xmas day !! Nevertheless we were very exited to see everyone.. jen was finallay home she arrived a week before we got there our selfs. so we missed picking her up from the airport but i was glad to see her :) we were there for almost three weeks. i enjoyed being around family i really missed them especially after living with them. i missed the company and each of them. it had only been couple months since we left but they all changed in some way or another.. i was able to get together with diana and do some stuff and was able to have some fun exiting shopping trips with sasha and movie dates with the kids. landon was so exited to see karson.. those kids really do love each other and im soo glad they do, karson is such a patient little boy. especially when he got hit quit a few times by landon some he even made him cry:( we also spent new year there we went over to ann and irwins house and we had a good time.. its always nice and fun to spend such occassions with family and friends. it was hard to leave eventhough i was def not going to miss the weather hahah they'd had a huge storm weeks prior to us coming and all was melting while we were there still cold though but as we were leaving they were getting some snow again so im glad i missed that part. i wanted to get landon out to get him to play out in the snow but just never got to it :( maybe next year he loves it though he was amazed by it hahah.. thank you ann and erwin for helping us be able to come home and spent these holidays home we love you all dearly :)

book of changes

we start this new year with some big changes in the vaughan household, first we made a big move from London Ontario out west to BC. (the frasser valley) russell was moved out here for work it was def a big change, i'd had gotten use to london and the ppl there i loved it. i made wonderfull friendships and unforgetable memories.

but now we are here and i am very happy and enjoying it. BC is amazing it reminds me of California this is more like a city, a bigger city the weather is amazing even though it does rain quit abitt. But i really do prefer light rain to snow. We are renting a condo in a new subdivision in langley and im pretty happy here, the place is quit small two bedroom two bathroom but it helps me keep it very clean and i have everithing so close to me. The grocery store is just across the street like literally. I have shoppers in that same plaza a starbucks and on my other side i have a few small private own bussinesess pizza place, hair and nails shop, a pet store and a bout a block away the DOG PARK!! ) Imean i have it all here oh yeah n the bus stop to the mall is just outside my building too hahahah :) i love this area is very nice and very cute. you always see ppl walking jogging walking dogs moms with kids lots of young fam :) we do miss fam and friends very much and so we were glad we were able to come to london for xmas and spent time there :)

Its been a while since the last time i wrotte in mostly because i couldnt figuere this out, but now thankfully i have and soo here i am updating a bitt.

russ and i just celebrated our third yr anniverary on jan6.

three years go by preety quick especially when your having fun,

as you know we live in canada and it is january so the weather here isnt pretty it is winter and there isnt much to do not like you could go to the beach or do a picnic outside, so the plan went downt like this,

we had dinner at this really nice italian restaurant called Bartoldi's downtown it was AMAZING,

it was nice to be able to have dinner just us two, we dont get to do it much now with landon but nevertheless i love spending time with my two boys but spendin time just russ and i ill confess i love it :)

im very blessed to be married to russell he is what i imagine and more i love him soo much,

these three years have been amazing and im looking forward to the many more to come:)

sometimes its hard to put this up to date but ill be doing my vest to have it up to date as much as possible..

The Day I Met............

As most of you know i met russell my husband online, meeting him was one of the greatest things that happened to me. i met him on lds singles i was browsing through profiles i saw his and he looked pretty cute so i checked his page i saw he was from CANADA. the next day i recieved a request on my msn to add this person so i approved it, next thing you know we were talking lol i remember our first conversation he was thinking about buying a car he asked me what color i though would look better red or black. russ and i talked for hours online every day thats about the only place we talked online i would come home check to see if he was online to talk. it wasent until around amonth or so that he asked me for my num so i gave him my cell. russ and i were talking on the comp and my cell rang i didnt recognize the num but i answear it neways and it was him. it was funny when i answeared and talked for a few minutes the first thing he said you speak good english hahaha, i guess he though i had some kind of accent cus im hispanic lol i though it was hilarious. russ and i grew closer but i never though i would see him i didnt think it would ever be more than talking online and on the phone and seeing each other on web cam cus even that he made me buy a web cam hahaha. one day he mention that he wanted to come to california which is were i lived and i though what would he really come, it didnt really seem real. but it was on april4 my sister and i drove to the La airport to pick up russell. i was sooo exited and nervous i was going to meet this guy i had been talking and i had started developing feelings for, how was he going to look like the same different? will he like me. neways we got to the airport we arrived a bitt late. his flight luckily was late too.. so me and my sister mary waited. then people started coming out, it seemed for ever before he came out. when he finally did i couldnt even see it was him my sister was the one that saw him and said there he is virginia and me still couldt see hahah.
he was in cali for a week the best week ever!! it was the stat to a wonderfull life...
