Were does time go?

Sometimes i glance at landon and i cant believe how big he is getting to be, sometimes it seems like he was a baby only for a couple days, i mean it wasen't that long that he was crawling nor that we brought him home from the hospital. this year he will turn three YES u heard right three i am soaking up all the time i can with him and spend so much time i just feel in a couple more years he will be off to school, and from there well he will only keep getting older and be more indepedent. Landon is so sweet he has the biggest heart, he is very friendly and he loves to play ball he does the funniest things russ and i just burst laughing yes they are that funny hahah. landon loves food he loves his grapes every time he sees them he gets so exited he wants to eat them, he sees them at the grocery store he wants to eat them there, so i always have to make him look to a diferent way n then put them im the cart lol. He loves cereal or like he calls it shaw? lol why shaw? i dont know lol he also loves juice,and hotdogs oh and how can i forget he LOVES PIZZA or pata like its called in his own little world. landon is a very calm toddler not to mamy tantrums not yet at least he loves to put his babies to sleep. i am very blessed to be the mommy of this wonderful little boy and a proud mommy to call him my son :)

I am lucky to have a sister like you

I dont have any new pictures to really post and the ones i have, i havent really gotten around to load on the comp, so i though id catch up writting about me and some of my family. all my family has played a big part as of the person i am today but the person who has had the most impact and most part of it all has been my older sister Mary and her kids vincent and david. Some of you know them some of you dont but im sure if you had youd love them because they are amazing people. We hold a very close relationship in fact we are very close that i dont really see my nephews as nephews but as my younger brothers and my sister well she is my best friend. she has been with me and for me through some really hard times and the most happiest times as well and we didnt always had this amazing bonding between me and her, in fact up until six yrs ago we didnt really have much in common nor were near each other i dont think we could even stand each other, but something brought us together and i couldnt be more thankful, she is the person i look up to, the person who reassures me everithing is ok she makes all the bad go away she lets me know everithing is going to be ok. not only is she my sister she is also like a second mom to me and my best friend.. i love her so much she is the coolest sister anyone could have, she is funny intelligent and pretty of course :) she always believed in me she gave me a second chance when i most needed it and never left me walk on my own, she has always been there guiding me she has been my mentor and i cant be thankful enough to have her in my life. we have lots of good memories that we share and some very funny stories when i was in california it was always the four of us thank you guys for all those times i love you and miss you sooo much..

david her oldest son is the best person ever i love him soo dearly and he has listen to me and given me advice like no other person, he is the bestest. we fought we laughed we pulled hair and danced to some silly movies and fough some more and laughed and made my sister annoyed hahahah vincent he is the sweetest he is so patient and hunbled and has the biggest heart. we will always look after each other because it has always just been us.

Finally a PLAYGROUND

So we were unsure as to were a playground could be? or if there it was any at all close by, but thankfully we found one not to far. So this saturday we decided to go there and take landon for a bitt since the only park he has been to has been the dog park hahah. the park is not far from were i live which is good is in walking distance and better yet i can just cross the high school field to cut across, the park is a good decent size and has many different jungle gyms kids can use and couple slides and swings kids can have fun with.Landon had a blast he loved coming down the slide i think the slide its his favorite every time he went down he would say ''weeee" he tried this jeep car thing and this pole thing that you would step on ti and turn yourself around to get dizzy? yeah i don't know who does that but landon wanted to give it a try it seem like he was enjoying it until we stopped spping it and then he just fell to the floor of dizziness haah he didn't know what was going on all he knew was he wanted to go down the slide again. well all i am is thankful for this park/playground that we have. I'm truly looking forward to this spring and summer to spend some time out with landon and be able to chase him and play with him. for him to see what beutifull thing mother nature has for us.

Walking the dog

Some of you might now and some might not but our weather here its pretty mild considering we came from a very cold part of canada lol, we get the occasional gloomy and rainy days but sometimes we get very lucky and get some nice warmer sunny days. For those days we have to get ourselfs outside and take roxy and landon for a walk we usually just go down the block to the dog park to let roxy off the leash and get all her energy out. a couple days ago we had a lovely day and so we headed out with our kids landon loves going to the park and calling roxy and seeing other dogs he has a good time, and of course roxy loves it. landon always cries for us to let him hold the leash so that he may be able to walk roxy he wants to feel older and thinks he can do it. we have let him a couple times and its too cute to watch him, its funny to see how roxy walks faster than what landon can walk and she has made him fall one or two times but that dosent stop him from not wanting to walk her big sister. he totally loves it.

VALENTINE'S DAY

Valentine's is by far my favorite holiday of the year :) i am in love with it the whole concept of it hearts every were,flowers,chocalotaes the colors red and pink i mean you name it. Its just so adorable and cute and well you guys get it haha:)

this year russ and i decided to do something low key, considering we didnt really have a babysitter lol but nevertheless i loved having two valentines and not just one. we went off to my favorite restaurant for an early dinner (olive garden) i know i am soo glad that we get to be lucky enough to have one here, their food is soo good sadly we only have one so unfortunately it gets pretty busy around dinner, and so thinking the occasion well we knew it be pretty full. So we decided to go earlier to make sure we werent waiting for more than an hour to be seated.. apparently thats how all couples with kids who were celebrating valentine's day though as well because we got there around 4:30ish and all there was were families and older couples hahahah the food was amazing my strawberry mango lemonade was delicious i had a great time and of course with two handsome boys like mine who wouldnt right??

Last Night

Russell, has been out of town since last wend, and he is coming finally back home tomorrow night. i am so exited to have him home, he has been gone for waay too long. for those who dont know he travels quite a bitt, so that means that most of that time i get to be home with landon and our dog roxy. i dont mind being alone its sometimes nice to have some time to not worry about making dinner or having the place totally clean, but i can only have so much of that for such a short time.The nights are the worst for me, most of the time i cant even sleep hahah. we miss him alot. he loves his job he loves what he does, and its hard for him as well to leave and leave us behind, but it is what is right?? you cant have all of both worlds! in the meantime we are just happy to have daddy home, and then we are off to kelowna with him for a show and to see grandpa. Landon is going to love to see his grandpa he loves him soo much, he always asks about him and wants to call him, its so cute..and of course it will be good to be with daddy and spend some time there and see kelowna again.

Match Made in Heaven

Since the moment i saw russell's pic on his lds mingle page i just fell so attracted to him.
i remember thinkingwow this guy is so hot!!but then again i said well he is canadien i dont even think i new were canada was haha. i was thrilled to see an invitation from him on msn i couldnt believe my eyes. we talked on line for a very loong time. i loved having conversations with him, every afternoon i would be so exited to come home and talked to him before i had to head out to class.like i said we talked alot over the computer and web cam it took maybe a month or so before he asked me for my number. i gave it to him he called and the first thing he says to me, ur english is great!! haha i was like yeah i'd like to thinkso hahahh i guess he though well she is spanish so he was thinking accent? lol Then one day he tells me he is going to come to california!! i was like what? are you for reals?? i couldnt believe it. russell came down on april 7 for a week, it was the best week ever. i was so nervous to meet him in person i mean i was soo comfortable talking to him online and all web cam and everithing but meeting him in person that was different. nevertheless i was very exited for him to come down and visit me and see california. i took a week off work to be able to be with him, and show him around. i was so happy that he was there. when he left it was so sad :( i ahd this wonderfull week with this wonderfull person and now he was leaving. i just hoped he had a good time and i knew that after this visit i would know if we would keep talking or not. i hoped we did because i was falling for him. but he got home and we kept talking and i missed him dearly he came back a couple times we went to vegas for his cousin roxanne's wedding, we got engaged. though the engagement story wil have to be for another time. he was the perfect man, and i was soo lucky to find him. now being february and the month of love as i call it, i though it would be neat to post this wondefull times russ and i have had over this years.
he definately is my soulmate, our signs cant explain it better.
i rembember one day when russell went to visit me in california, he said we were a match made in heaven......i had googled our signs prior to that for fun and i knew were soulmates.. as we are entering into the month of february (which is my fav month of ALL year) i stoped and think how lucky i am to have this man be my my valentine!!
